Studio's Responsibility
The Saratoga SAVOY will offer a quality establishment to its clients. We will try to supply partners when one requests a partner. We are not obligated to do so. To maintain the atmosphere necessary for business, the Saratoga SAVOY has the right to refuse admittance to its facilities.
Dancing is a physical activity. The instructors are trained to help students and will do so to the best of their ability. Entering a dance class assumes responsibilities to one's health. We recommend that you may want to seek advice from your physician if you question whether this low-aerobic activity is correct for you. The students also assume all risks to their health from dancing at the Saratoga SAVOY.
Instructor Rates
The Saratoga SAVOY's fees are intended for students who wish only to learn. Anyone who is teaching dance which could be considered competition will pay a rate of at least two times that of our regular rate, and their costs are negotiable with the owner. As always, the Saratoga SAVOY reserves the right to refuse admittance.
Payment
All classes are non-refundable. Classes are sessions that are paid for by the session. Missed classes are not redeemable on future class session payments, however, makeup classes are available. Please speak with your instructor for details.
Special workshops are non-refundable. Due to the nature of booking our guest instructors, no refunds will be given for any of these classes. We apologize for this inconvenience.
There is a $30 fee for all cancelled checks.
Early registration discounts ONLY apply to those who registered early.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your private lesson, you must cancel 24 hours hours prior to the lesson. Failure to meet this condition will result in being billed for the lesson.
Performances
Performances are available and booked by contract. The Saratoga SAVOY will need 1/2 of the agreed fee one week
prior to the event to book the performance. This deposit is non-refundable.
